Here we are in week 4 of the One Room Challenge™!
ORC is a motivational design event when you are looking for inspiration. It is fun, creative, and inspirational! This spring, as an interior designer, I will show you my process of turning an outdated guest bathroom into a bright and elegant space!

This week is one of my favorite steps in a project! It is the 3D Rendering phase! I love rendering and my clients too. It is a fantastic way to see the room before we start any construction. You can see the room like it will be! It is like an "Avant-première" of the project!

And now, welcome to my clients' virtual bathroom:
This bathroom will be brighter than it is actually! Bye-bye, outdated bathroom, welcome to an amazingly modern and elegant bathroom! Beige mosaic and wood vanity will bring some warmest to this bathroom.
As you can see, champagne brass and wood are perfectly matching together. Both are warm tones, and each of them compliments the other.
The large rectangular porcelain tile brings modernity and the marble pattern the touch of elegance my clients want!
To give the impression of a bigger room, I decided to have the large tile installed vertically on the wall. Like that, when you enter the room, the space looks longer and ceiling higher!
The mosaic brings some pattern and focal point to the room when you enter the room. A shampoo niche will be done with the same mosaic tile, but on the left wall, it will not become visible when you come into the room. I prefer to see a beautiful mosaic than shampoo when I enter the bathroom!
The vanity's wood brings a warm earth touch to the bathroom and floating shelves as well. Everything else is white (tiles, wall) and champagne brass.
I love this aerial view of the bathroom; it's so unusual to see a room from the ceiling ;)

MY CONTRACTOR TO-DO LIST:
Remove cornice and shower curtain
Remove all tiles (floor and walls)
Remove all shower hardware
Remove vanity, mirror, and lighting
Install new tiles (floor and walls)
Create a shampoo niche
Install new vanity
Install a surface-mounted medicine cabinet
Install new lighting
Smooth the wall and paint it
Install new shower hardware
Install a frameless bathtub glass door
This 3D Rendering helps my clients make the final decision, and they give me a "go," so now it is time for my contractor to do the work and relax a little!
